And guess what? I’m not going to change how I draw him. You’ll have to deal with my teeny tiny apprentice.

These two wonderful goobers:
Are both on the Autism spectrum.
1. The two are hyperfocused on their task and fail to focus on anything else.
2. When excited or upset, Bishop makes a lot of repetitive arm movements.
3. Rook's facial expressions are very flat and rarely change. He can also be very blunt and direct in his speech.
4. The two often take things too literal, for example believing the stone egg they had to find was a literal egg and trying to get a bird to lay one for them.
5. They also feel that they aren't taken seriously by the boss and are desperate to prove themselves.
6. Bishop gets easily upset when things don't go exactly how he wants and is prone to meltdowns.
7. Rook has a habit of grabbing onto his hat for comfort when he's upset.
8. Old Red letting out a loud roar completely terrified them, suggesting a sensitivity to loud noise.
9. They also keep wearing their sunglasses after leaving Targent, suggesting they may also have a sensitivity to light or use them as a comfort item.
10. Bishop often fails to notice when Rook is obviously upset or angry.
11. Rook possibly has a special interest in machinery, especially the swinging hooks, as he spends hours setting them up and is upset when Layton solves his puzzle.
12. Finally, the pair are awkward and uncomfortable talking to other people besides each other and stay together as often as they can.

Literally I could go on and on with examples but my computer’s starting to crash from the amount of images.
The point is that Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the greatest fictional father out there and anyone who says otherwise was hit by a Lie-inator.
And then you read the whole thing in his voice.
