I think this is very important.
Not only this is a better explanation than just banning the flag altogether, it also allows us to keep this flag, which frankly is awesome, pink, and KNOWN. Which is the most important. It’s known. We can’t switch flags all the time.
Even if you’re bothered by the original flag (which again, is NOT the flag we’re using), try to think of the difficulties of getting the whole community used to a different flag.
