For those wanting an explaination, there’s basically a draft for guidelines on implementing the “Optional Protocol to the
Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child
prostitution and child pornography” currently taking comments.
People are taking offense because this Optional Protocol includes simulated depictions as child pornography.
Which is it.
It’s pornography of children. Maybe not real ones, sure, but it still is pornography that’s trying to get people’s rocks off because it features underage or Looks Underage characters. So they’re getting mad because people don’t want porn of kids.
