I would walk in, place my order, grab my order, and then immediately be on my way out with a “have a good day” like i do when interacting with every other customer/food service worker because disrespecting food service employees is decidedly NOT based and i feel like the kindest thing i can do is just take as little of their time as possible :)

gay adult: i agree, it makes me uncomfortable to see adults fixating exclusively on content of young gay people while ignoring any representation of gay people their own age or watering down those characters to unrealistic hollow versions of their actual selves. i remember how unsafe these adults made me feel as a teenager
