I feel like adults in the pokemon fandom need to step back, and acknowledge how weird it is for them to feel entitled to be catered to at all. Pokemon's demographic is children. They care what the children think more than what adults think.
Like sure maybe they shouldn't ignore that they have adult fans. But if you're 20+ and you're getting upset about possibilities for any upcoming games, maybe take a break from pokemon?
Also, like, maybe people need to check themselves when it comes to hype. Because the more I watch other people get invested in a game that's coming up, the more I think that any disappointment they're going to feel about certain aspects is going to be on themselves alone.
Like people getting upset at the idea of four legged pokemon becoming biped when we have recieved no promises about the Pokémon. Thats a you issue and no one else.
