what she means: how difficult could it have been for Level 5 to have included like, a 20-second long cutscene at the end of Miracle Mask where Hershel and Randall have their own reunion moment, all they got was a picture of them talking during the credits, not even a post-game episode or anything, they had so many important scenes together in Hershel's flashbacks, Hershel referred to Randall as his best friend multiple times, but at the end of the game, it was like none of that even mattered, I understand that Henry and Angela were very important to Randall, but Hershel deserved to have some closure too
