Something about the look on his face tells me that there is a reason Dimitri specificly has to tell his guards not to beat up people who enter the pagoda and something tells me that Clive having an unpleasant experience with that is the reason
a possible conversation between clive and dimitri:
- clive: the professor doesn't have a rose on his coat what are you doing??
- dimitri: aesthetic
- Clive: maybe instead of saying "solve this puzzle!" you could try shooting them or knocking them out
