People still disagree with my old review for saying Mismagius is a humanoid design but even if they’re correct that it has a “long neck with a knob in it” the whole purpose of that shape is still to evoke a humanoid witch with a head, torso and dress, just like the shape of the more recent Hatterene.
It’s even more obvious in Pokemon Cafe Remix. Maybe some fans just fear the possibility that one of their fave Pokemon designs was always intentionally a tiddy goth. I’m sorry if this is how you found out that whoever drew this pokemon wanted it to be a tiddy goth but I’m afraid it’s terminal
