Fandom ppl are annoying af when they can’t think critically or separate fiction from reality and when they derail serious conversations with blorbo from their shows bullshit. But equally annoying is this new trend of people on here who act they’re so above it all. Like I just saw a post on here that said good media should make you stare at a wall for two hours afterward not write coffee shop AUs or whatever, like okay buddy sorry you don’t consume anything that brings you joy. That mentality is equally as untenable as sinking your entire life into dumb fandom bullshit. You can absorb challenging media as well as watch a dumb show that’s just fun, it’s not a zero sum game.

Istg some people need to understand that Terminal Nitpicking Syndrome is a flaw, not a virtue. Are its eyes off-kilter? Or is its head mildly tilted and viewed in profile? Truly the world may never know, and 99% of it will not care enough to get an answer.

I think it's ridiculous for people to nitpick Sugimori when he is actually a very damn talented artist who knows how to draw. Keep in mind, this man is responsible for designing majority of the pokemon and trainers, so for people to patronise him for making a minor flaw on one of his thousand designs -- which is barely noticeable -- should frankly be the least of your concern. Artists are bound to making mistakes, that's natural and Ken's no exception, but this is simply a matter of nitpicking.

Direct your complaints toward Game Freak or Nintendo for crunching the devteam, instead of complaining on a frivolous matter such as this.
