Ever since I came to new York I’ve been stuck on Colorado time, which is 2 hours behind, so I haven’t gone to bed on time for over a week now

I have a friend in the music business, she sings at restaurants and stuff
A while ago I leant her my guitar amp and she’s been using it since, I’ve been wanting to play but hadn’t asked for the amp back until last Friday. Now she’s asking for it back since she has a gig coming tomorrow
I don’t mind lending it, I’m happy to help but I also want to be able to play when I feel like it…
I’d been telling myself, since she actually earns something from the use of the amp, she deserves it, but lately I thought about how, well I bought this amp and she’s using it without giving me anything and she’s had it for about a year now
The thing is I feel selfish for taking it back, but I also feel kinda “used” and naive
So I don’t know what to do?
Should I just let her use it? Or should I keep it? How do I tell her?
I forgot to mention that she uses my amp for her voice, so without it she would have to choose between using her amp for the guitar or her mic, it would kinda cripple her gigs
Pls I could really use a different perspective on the situation
I’m so sorry
