ash shares his social media account with pikachu. mostly its posts from ash about his pokemon but occasionally pikachu will make his own posts. these consist of extremely blurry pictures of ash from low angles with descriptions of absolute gibberish like "djdhdhdjd sjsjajsj ekwowiwysh sjsd soup x skdjsks s jsjssj"

phoenix starts supplementing his income by taking art commissions, primarily steel samurai fanart because maya (who begs fanart off of him and is literally one of maybe two people who could get away with that) spread his name around in relevant circles and now as far as the internet is concerned that’s his Thing. which honestly he doesn’t mind, even though he still doesn’t care about the steel samurai like….at all…… because hey, it pays the bills.
anyway the point of this is that miles has (unknowingly) commissioned several pieces from phoenix and at some point phoenix is going to discover who his best customer is and it’s going to be hilarious

at some point miles sends him a VERY DETAILED description of his self-insert and that’s how phoenix figures out who’s been commissioning him.
#BUT what IF he DOESN’T realize who’s been commissioning him#and he reads the self insert description and goes#“oh this’ll be easy i can just base it off of Edgeworth!”#and Edgeworth receives the commission and is feeling good about his description skills#…before he sees the note “it sounded like one of my friends so i based it a little off of him! hope you like it!” attached#and Edgeworth goes through all the stages of grief#at the same time#thinking he’s been commissioning LARRY this whole time
