Capitalism is working as designed/ envisioned. It's setup to make the rich ,richer and we're "good" as long as we have an able body that, with our sweat, our work ,our suffering makes a profit/good return for them. Once our body is no longer productive, we're discarded, just like junk,trashed and replaced by a new ,able and younger person to continue a vicious, never-ending cycle.
Hunt down the rich and strip them of everything
The stupid thing is that, once they evict someone, the landlord is under the delusion that there will be throngs of people able to afford to move in.

Evict a tenant and get nothing or work with them and get something.
