...And The Anger Of A Gentle Man
I think we're vastly underestimating Izuku's chaotic energy.
Like, I'm not even talking about those times he goes "feral" like with Overhaul. I'm talking about his fighting style in general.
We all know Izuku has little to no self preservation. This is something I hope he gets fixed later on down the line, because he needs a sense of self worth and deserves to live a long, happy life. That being said...
Imagine how frickin' terrifying it must be to face off against Izuku in a no holds bared match.
Normally people want to avoid getting hurt. This is a priority of Izuku as well, but it holds less weight to him compared to other people. Remember that this was the kid who was willing to break his bones before he learned Full Cowl, and even then he pulled a Delaware-Detroit Smash when his back was against the wall, the boy who risked going 20% against Overhaul, and who later went 100% with a bonkers idea which could have got him killed regardless if he wasn't careful.
Now imagine fighting that.
Fat Gum once brought up how villains have a multitude of win conditions in a fight. Two of those methods include killing and running away. And Izuku nullifies both of them sheerly because of who he is.
Try to kill him? Better finish the job, or the boy will come back swinging 100x harder than he was before.
Try to run away? Good luck, the boy is fast as hell. And if you tried to slow him down before, he's not likely to let you go a second time. He's relentless.
I'm rambling at this point, so let me just put it this way:
Izuku is not the type to just collapse and die from a stabbing. No, he's the madlad who will force himself back up, rip the sword from his chest, and continue brawling, at least until he can get some medical attention...
That's what so scary about Izuku, at least to his opponents. Not the fact that he's always willing to throw his life away. No, it's the fact that the boy will not go down without one hell of a fight, and most people aren't prepared for that, so they lose.
Izuku IS chaotic good. And he will straight up destroy you if you dare cross a line.
