hi, tumblr! my name’s allison, and i’m 17 years old. 

my parents have always been pretty abusive, but today they crossed a line i never thought they’d step over.

my mother scratched me as “”“”“”reprimandation”“”“” for talking back, drawing blood. when i tried to defend myself, she threatened to break both of my arms. 

my father grabbed me by the neck and pushed me to the ground.

i’ve come out of the closet maybe five or six times to them. i don’t know when, or if, they’ll ever believe me.

i don’t feel safe in my own home anymore.
