Sebastian Debeste Headcanons (AAI2 Spoilers Ahead!)
- special interest in classical music (likes the rhythm)
- Infodumps when excited
- “IF YOU’RE GOING TO LISTEN TO A SONG, START IT AT THE VERY BEGINNING OR IT’S B̦͚͎͎A̦͔D͙̪̣̜̣.”
- Doesn’t like car rides because he gets nervous around his dad but the seat belts won’t let him rock
- Has a chew bit in the front pocket of his school uniform but he only uses it during lunch time because teachers yell at him for it in class, which embarrasses him a lot
- Loves buying velvet pencils because he can rub his fingers on them (but thanks to his father burning his hands, he had to wear gloves so he doesn’t get to do that often)
- Gets teased a lot for ordering from the kids menu.
- Enjoys wordplay and puns
- Refuses to drink coffee unless lotsa milk/cream/sugar is added to it
- Recites lines from his favorite books but his dyslexia often leads to him messing up, which irrationally upsets him
- He has trouble understanding sarcasm but never asks for clarification due to anxiety
- Likes to keep a heavy bag on his back as a pressure stim
- Takes his shirt off after school (especially around winter with all the scarves and jackets piled on) when he feels overstimulated
- He hums and/or whistles a lot of Mozart while working, but the other students get annoyed and make him stop
- It upsets him when the female students would allow Klavier—on the other hand—to keep humming/whistling his favorite song. (The lack of rhythm distracts him.)
- Also low key jealous Klavier was allowed to wear sunglasses, he wants a pair to block out bright lights.
- Covers himself in bandages on impulse (Kay helps take them off.)
- after waking up he quickly grabs his baton as a comfort item and really doesn’t like being away from it
- Stayed with Justine as his comfort person (Bonus: her floral scent calms him, that’s why during investigations you usually find him clinging to her)
- He adored it when Justine’d lovingly run her fingers through his hair or stroke it affectionately.
- Speaking of which, he’d enjoy touching and playing with Kay’s hair. (So ふわふわ)
- Loves smooth textures, especially his hair after being styled
- After he was finally diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum, Edgeworth gave him a separate office to work in, in case he has a meltdown
(I am not on the autism spectrum nor do I have any other mental condition listed here so please let me know if there are any inaccuracies. Especially since a lot of these were inspired on me like the pressure stim or the velvet pencils one so there probably would be inaccuracies.)
