In the last panel Franziska shortens Ryuuichi to Ryuu, and I had a hard time deciding whether to make it “Nick” (Naruhodou/Naruhodou-kun) or “Feenie” (Ryuu-chan). Also, her suggested names were German even in the original comic (the middle one is the name of a city).
I love how Manfred von Karma brought up the dog named Phoenix to argue sometimes pet-name-coincidences are just pet-name-coincidences but the fandom collectively decided “Nah he’s named that because of Miles” because that means Von Karma is wrong about everything.
