Please Help

• I’ve had my Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 for a long time, at least over a year. About a month or so ago, it stopped working. Usually when it charges, it shows a little red/orange/green light, but it wouldn’t light up at all. I couldn’t hear the fan at all, and the screen is black (not like it’s on and displaying black, it’s off.) I tried for about a week to turn it on, and then I deduced that it might be a problem with the cord, so I bought a new one. I plugged it in, and nothing happened. No light, no fan, no nothing. It’s had charging issues in the past (mainly the fact that for some reason my old cord wouldn’t work unless it was in a specific position and it was a huge pain to even get it to charge) and I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to get a new tablet, because I’ve invested so much money in it and it took me over a year to save up for it. I searched the Internet but reading forums is confusing and I can’t find anything about my exact problem. My warranty is up on it and customer service kinda gives me stress, they charge so much just to take a look at it and I’m broke. Can anyone on here help me??? I had so many things I was drawing and I need those art files really bad. Please
