You know how people use alarms and things in order to remind themselves to take their medication?
I’m beginning to think I should set a similar system up to remind myself to eat.
I did this my freshman and sophomore year of college and I also had a dice roll table of meals I liked and you should do it because it works
I have an alarm on my phone that goes off at 1pm to remind me to eat if I havent already because I forget
I have alarms that work well for me, telling me to brush my teeth or eat or work on homework, but lately I’ve been falling out with it and I want to do it now
