Neckless Lapras Checklist

I realized I’ve never actually laid this all out so let’s go over all (known) Necklas variants

1. Gramps

An official Tomy plush that the whole gang appears to be based on. Proud of his many horrible children.

2. Boris

Our boy. Seems to be the most common of the bootlegs.

3. Taffeta

Second most common variant, much bigger than Boris. I never mention them much because I don’t personally like taffeta that much, give me cheapo faux fur pls

4. Natasha

Made with the same pattern as taffeta, but with cheapo faux fur (hell yeah). Natasha herself is the only one of these that I’ve ever seen, which is why I was so excited to get her.

5. Mystery Boi

Who is he? I don’t know. I’ve never seen one for sale, I’ve just seen two different people online who have em. I originally thought it was a completely different pattern from both Boris and Natasha, but on closer look it kinda looks like a mix between the two of them? I’m pretty sure that he’s a size in between both of them, idk. All I know is that I love him.

If I ever find more types I will update this, but I only know of these few good friends.

The article says that the guidelines have been updated. Instead of asking if you’re a man that’s had sex with another man in the past 3 months it asks everyone regardless of gender if they’ve had anal sex with a new partner or if they’ve had anal sex with multiple partners in the past 3 months.

This both opens up blood donation to msm in exclusive relationships or who don’t have anal sex and more accurately identifies hiv risk from people who aren’t msm. This is exactly the sort of guidelines we’ve been fighting for for years. This is a major win for both gay rights and blood donation in the US. Now a bunch of people who couldn’t donate before can donate now.
