Question… Who are these three randos on the bridge? The man in green who looks a bit like Sycamore, the guy with the hat and the girl in pink… Are they involved in the case somehow? We know Don Paolo (disguised as an old lady) is responsible for ‘silencing’ Big Ben’s bell, so none of them can be the culprit. The man in green (let’s call him Gregory) looks quite confident facing Layton, so I’m assuming he requested Layton’s help. The girl (calling her Penny) is on her knees, so she must have found this all very distressing. Maybe she was a suspect until Layton cleared her name? And the guy in the hat (Benny?) who’s comforting her… I’m guessing that’s her brother. He has a crush on Gregory and when they they all go out for dinner afterwards he confesses. The end.
