Sorry to rain on your parade but I have used this survey tool professionally and can confirm that just by viewing the page they collect a bunch of info on you and that info is used to target you and your surrounding network. So even if you think it'll be funny to submit prank submissions, that info will likely be parsed to target your conservative family/extended network with more info (disinfo) about what's wrong with people like you. The more targeted it is, the more likely they are to be receptive. Example: "do you have a child in college? You shouldn't have to worry about their safety!" With imaged that align to look like you/your family.
TL;DR- even clicking "as a joke" gives this campaign more ammo to target people in your circle in extremely refined ways.
IMPORTANT COMMENTARY. They know people are going to fake this survey. They want you to. Don’t.
