Checking my followers today, I found what appears to be your run off the mill "Jocelyn 27 pictures" bot.

But when I went to their blog to report and block them (and report and block all the other asshole bots i see on their page), the page looked like this:

Ok this is the attempt to appear like a nsfw blog. However, in reality a nsfw blog has a pixelized icon:
