Autistic Self Advocacy Network has cut ties with Sesame Street due to Julia being used to advocate for Autism $peaks Screening Program.
Holy crap... A FREAKING SCREENING PROGRAM. We are not a fucking disease. We are not a puzzle piece or a burden.
There is a petition for Sesame Street to cut ties with Autism $peaks, which I suggest people sign, or contact Sesame Street directly if possible.
Please boost this, ND or NT. This is undoing all the good that Julia represented for autism.
