if godot calls any other dudes ‘kitten’ in the manga please @ me but from what I’ve seen the ONLY two guys he calls kitten are ron delite and edgeworth. I believe he also calls mia, dahlia and desiree kitten as well. from this we know that godot only uses kitten to refer to a) attractive girls and b) twinks
