I found a mod that adds Mooblooms to 1.14 , along with some other cute cows!

From left to right: Dandelion Moobloom, Poppy Moobloom, Blue Orchid Moobloom, Allium Moobloom, Oxeye Daisy Moobloom, Cornflower Moobloom, Wither Rose Moobloom and Bambmoo.

Dandelion, poppy, blue orchid, allium, oxeye daisy and cornflower mooblooms spawn in flower forest biomes. Wither rose mooblooms rarely appear in the Nether. Bambmoos spawn in bamboo jungle biomes.

Features:

• When sheared, mooblooms give 5 flowers of their type and turn into normal cows
• When clicked on with mushroom stews, mooblooms give suspicious stews
• Mooblooms occasionnally place flowers of their type on grass blocks
