Milotic redesign for @starsheepblog… kinda. Milotic feels like this untouchable design, so I went in a slightly different direction… how would Feebas evolve if we let it be “ugly”?

So I guess you could call this natural Milotic. It was fun to design at least. I think realistically Feebas would just become a bigger fish or not evolve at all, but I wanted to keep with the serpent theme…
