In Breezy’s case, he says the police forced their way into his home without a warrant at night, saying they didn’t need a warrant because they were, “Investigating a crime”.
He woke up to 6 police officers screaming at him in his bedroom. Then, they said they would tell him why there were there, only if he went outside. There were a bunch of cars outside his house with lights, and they were causing a scene. So he went with them to the hospital. Nurses at the hospital were confused why he was there.
Police attempted to force him into an in-patient facility for having thc in his system (he was forced to take blood and urine tests), threatening to keep him locked up for months.

The police said he was “a radical”. They also called his family at 3 am from blocked numbers, several times, in an attempt to get the password to his phone. He was released only after being forced to convince a ‘psychiatrist’ that he was organizing a non violent protest.
