GUYS my brother brought me this old Layton promo poster he found that was in a magazine and YOU’VE GOT TO TAKE A LOOK WITH ME. I had to see it and now you all have to as well.
We assume it is “inofficial official”, like someone at the magazine got the rights to make this poster, but no one who truly knew anything about the game supervised it further.

The source for this assumption is simple: the longer you rest your eyes on this thing, the more questionable its design gets.
