I gotta be real with everyone: I thought Joltik was just a meme.
Like I thought it was one of those pokemon-blend creations that everyone was doing a few years ago. I thought it was Jolteon combined with <fucking, i dunno, something small and cute> whose outcome everyone loved because hell yeah small, cute, bug, thing and I just thought this started a wagon of Joltik fan content.
This was my passive belief until right now, brought into question by all the comics of Emmet owning 7 billion Joltiks, one of which mentioned a named evolutionary form, and I finally went "Oh I Think It's A Pokemon."
While I was typing this post I had the vague inkling of "You know I think this is because I was confusing Joltik with a DIFFERENT cute little bug Fakemon that my friend was really obsessed with."
I got most of the way through typing an incoherent message to my friend trying to ask her what small cute Fakemon thingy thing she was really into and before I finished typing the message I REMEMBERED the name! It was called Snom!
I looked up Snom.
........Snom is also a real pokemon.
