hey guys, my name is alexander terris. i came out as a transgender boy to my parents around a year and a half ago. while they initially seemed accepting, i found out that they had told various therapists i was delusional. when they told me i was going to see a gender therapist, i was initially overjoyed, thinking this might mean they were considering letting me transition, until i decided to look her up. pictured above are screenshots from articles on her, the last article being from a project she was involved with (the feminine boy project). unless there has been a severe misunderstanding, they are sending me to see a conversation therapist the first week of april (i am typing this march 12th). i am currently on a school field trip, discovered this less than an hour ago, and am terrified of going home. ive texted my mom confronting her about it but she hasn’t replied. if i stop posting on here for an extended period of time, it either means ive had my phone taken away or committed suicide, or both. please reblog this and try to remember me as a boy and not a girl. please, dont let them get away with this.

TW: Domestic abuse, violence, surgery, abuse mention. 

As some of my followers know, I’ve recently been posting about issues my mom is having at home and how I can’t help much since I live in a whole different state than her. 

She desperately needs a surgery and she’s been putting it off since February. She’s finally gotten it scheduled for July 12th but she still doesn’t have the proper funds to cover it or the time afterwards for recovery. And to top things off my dad became abusive in the past weeks to the point where she went to the police. 

It took a week before they did anything, he was arrested this morning (June 27th) and she needs to go to court tomorrow but we don’t know whether he’ll be given jail time or let go. We don’t know if she’s able to get a divorce after filing against him and we don’t know if he’d lose custody of my two younger sisters. My mom has been struggling to keep herself afloat financially the past few months because my dad is greedy and has refused to help her pay for anything. I’ve given her at least $500 in the past month just to help pay for things my sisters need for school and such. And I’m still planning to give her more in the next few months but this Gofundme is to cover the medical bills right away, the money my older sister and I are giving her is to cover bills in the month following the surgery.

So I’m begging. Please, if you can, donate and if not then please share this. I’ve even put prizes up on the Gofundme, which, the prizes aren’t much but they’re something. If you donate a significant amount I might message you and offer things from my Etsy shop, but please, I am desperate right now to help my mom as best as I can.

Cat needs Rehoming ASAP

I’m back again about Avery. Unfortunately, my mom is absolutely ready to give him the boot, no ifs ands or buts. She will not let me keep him. Our home isn’t suited for him and its causing him a lot more stress than he should have to deal with.

If you’re in the New York, NJ, Connecticut, or possibly Pennsylvania region, and looking for a cat, please contact me. We’re located on Long Island, but will do some travelling to find him a good home if need be.

He’s approx. 6 years old, but has territory problems that leads to serious stress and some behavioral issues with our other cats.  He’s a previously abused cat, so will be skittish at first. Needs to be the only cat, or at least the only male cat in the household(not counting kittens). Can’t meow, but he tries. It’s cute.

Apparently Nickelodeon wants to build an attraction in Palawan, Philippines . 

This might seem fun for some people, but for us it’s not. 

You see, Palawan is known for its non-commercialized islands and untouched beaches. There are only a few resorts in there, and the government limits tourism population there. Here are some pictures of our beautiful islands:

Nickelodeon, however, wants to capitalize the island of Coron, Palawan. They’re going to build a resort and theme park there. They claim that they want to “spread environmental awareness” but they’re really not. Building this resort will disrupt the marine ecosystem; thus destroying the environment there. Also, Palawan is our last ecological frontier in the Philippines. If they’re going to continue to do this, more and more big companies will cash-in to commercialize Palawan- and I really do not want that to happen.

I know petitions won’t do much, but at least we can prove a point that Palawan should not be disrupted. Please sign this petition, so that it will not only show that us Filipinxs don’t want this, but people from different countries as well. Please spread it around as well, so that people from different countries can be aware of what Nickelodeon is doing.
