The finale of Steven universe better have a war where all the characters we’ve grown to love (the crystal gems, the humans, the rubies, the amethysts, jasper and her small army, bismuth, the centepeedles, offcolors, topaz, maybe aquamarine???) Fight to defend earth. It would probably end in something really really really emotional (I will be disappointed if the ending doesn’t make me cry because i was fucking bawling with smaller episodes like mindful education) but knowing steven, it will probably end with him trying to convince the diamonds to leave earth alone, probably a sappy message about “We can all live here in peace!” And “I miss my mom too! But there’s nothing we can do to change the past. We have to remember and love her memory” or some shit like that. When the diamonds find out that steven has pink’s gem, the diamonds are going to try and kill him for it.
Steven Universe episodes are like

Steven’s Sandwich: White Diamond launches an attack on Earth
Honestly I kind of really love what Steven Universe has done with Rose Quartz - setting her up as this deified, idolized, selfless, flawless martyr and then gradually stripping all that away, breaking it down and revealing her to be just as flawed as anyone else, and not in a cheap Oh-She-Was-Secretly-Evil-All-Along way either, no. She was someone who acted with the best of intentions most of the time, who THOUGHT she was doing the right thing, but still ended up fucking things up for a LOT of people through her impulsiveness and the lack of perspective her background gave her
