Ok first off i wanted to make this post because i have struggled so much with mental health problems pretty much my whole life such as depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, sucidal thoughts and I wanted to hopefully be able to help out someone just one person at least so here is my mental health master post for all of you lovelies i hope this at least helps one person

if you are just having a bad day feeling sad or depressed and want to get away from everything here are a list of fun websites to go to and get you’re mind off things (they really help also i got most of these from buzzfeed so thank you buzzfeed)

here are some things to always remember

  • you are worth it
  • you are good enough
  • you are beautiful 
  • you’re body is beautiful 
  • youre weight does NOT define you or you’re beauty 
  • you are loved by many (including me especially me!)
  • you’re favorite celebrity loves you
  • just breathe
  • this part of you’re life is only temporary
  • you’re going to meet the love of you’re life one day
  • drink water
  • eat healthy/take care of yourself
  • go outside when you can get fresh air
  • talk to you’re grandparents more they are wise
  • don’t stress (stress only makes things worse)
  • listen to some good tunes (happy ones)
  • you’re mental disorder does NOT define you
  • you can recover and you will!
  • never stop believing 
  • i love you it will get better bb i promise
